Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Consumer Love Manager. As the Consumer Love Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance consumer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with the customers and ensuring their overall experience with the brand is exceptional.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute consumer engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.
2. Manage and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
3. Monitor and analyze consumer feedback and data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
5. Develop and implement customer retention programs to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value.
6. Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, needs, and behaviors, and use this information to inform marketing and product strategies.
7. Plan and execute consumer events, promotions, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consumer engagement and customer service.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in consumer engagement, customer service, or a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
8. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies to enhance consumer engagement.
