Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join our team. \We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the health and beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy and execution of our website(s), overseeing site developments, marketing launches, conversion-driven optimizations, and day-to-day maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize new digital features, write clear specifications, guide new feature launches from spec to launch.
- Conduct rigorous CRO testing through experimentation processes to drive continuous revenue growth.
- Implement strategies for subscription products and optimize upsells on key pages such as Product Pages (PDPs), Cart, Post-Purchase Pages & Thank You Pages.
- Maximize web traffic efficiency through site testing and reporting processes while providing data-driven insights for strategy improvement.
- Accountable for primary transactional metrics such as AOV (Average Order Value), CVR (Conversion Rate), RPV (Revenue per Visit) along with secondary metrics like site speed, bounce-rate etc.
- Develop merchandising strategies including product placements throughout the site; conduct experiments around pricing offers & promotions.
- Collect user feedback & qualitative insights; collaborate with growth marketing teams to align initiatives for website improvements.
- Coordinate internal & external development partners to execute new feature development across devices/platforms.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in eCommerce & CRO preferably in DTC eCommerce or Digital/CRO/E-commerce agency setting
- Proficient in Shopify stores handling high monthly traffic with over 8-figure annual revenue
- Strong understanding of UX design principles, customer journey mapping, web analysis
- Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, and/or other CRO tools
- Proven track record in A/B testing, conversion management, and sales journey optimization
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus and subscription platforms
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills; comfortable working with numbers using Excel/Google Sheets etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external teams

Bonus Experience:

- Experience with high-ticket ecommerce brands on Shopify stores
- Familiarity with SKIO as a subscription platform
- Knowledge of front-end development and CMS management
- Understanding of landing pages and paid traffic strategy for eCommerce brands
- Passion for personal care, health, and wellness; experience in the hair growth or regrowth space is a plus. Apply for this job
