Copywriter Overview:

The Copywriter, Brand Creative Studio, EMEA is the owner of the client’s voice in the world, working closely with the Head of the Studio, the Creative Leads, Creative Planner and country marketing leads.

As Copywriter it will be your responsibility to develop and define a tone of voice right across the region, in a way that speaks to users, creators, and opinion formers, and is compelling, inspiring and true to the client’s mission and values. 

You will ensure consistency and quality across all channels, across short and long copy, on and off-platform, shaping our tone and language. As the regional lead, you will work with local Creative Leads, particularly in the UK, France and Germany, to localise and translate copy in a sympathetic manner.

You will build a strong network with your counterparts in the US Creative Studio, and in APAC, developing brand messaging strategies, copy standards, product themes, and content for special events and social media.  Working with them, you will develop scalable brand copy guidelines that will inform and enable partners in EMEA to self-service copy when needed.

You will have a keen eye for detail and a high set of standards, and be open to working with creative testing and performance data to continually improve the impact of copy, and translating learnings into new work strategies.



  • Have worked with a broad range of media and channels, such as print/outdoor, digital and integrated campaigns, websites, blogs and social media 

  • Strong portfolio samples demonstrating relevant work experience and creative talent  

  • Confident ability to create and embed tone of voice 

  • Proven ability to work cross-team, lead the creation of original concepts, and synthesize feedback and  input from stakeholders  

  • Ability to quickly turn around creative concepts in an iterative environment  

  • Maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external  customers 

  • See projects through the production phase and ensure the highest quality through out

  • Unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills  

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task  

  • A passion for creative storytelling 

  • Experience defining or maintaining copy guidelines  

  • Experience working in a pan-territory company working with localisations and translations 

  • Passion for brand development  

  • Experience in creating social media content  



  • Strong advertising copywriting experience at a leading agency or global social media platform

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong analytical grasp, with the ability to dissect data to draw clear conclusions and insights
