Our client is looking for a Creative Operations Specialists to join their team in a contract role to focus on the rewards program/loyalty/crm and ecommerce/digital portions of the business
6+ month contract
36-40 hours per week
Hybrid in Irvine – 1-3 days a week
$35/hour
About the Job:
Creative Operations plays an integral project management role in the Creative Marketing Operations team improving the efficiency and productivity of the business. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy individual who is self-directed and able to easily handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong logical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand laser-focused marketing strategies and business operations.
The Day-to-Day:
- Serve as Creative Business Partner to the internal creative team to execute various projects.
- Manage the creative process workflow from creative brief submission through final output and execution.
- Document, clarify, drive and optimize workflows and processes within the Restaurant/Digital verticals.
- Capable of leading and tracking multiple projects via project management systems, standing up and operating effective knowledge management for Restaurant/Digital verticals.
- Collaborate directly with Creative Directors in order to ensure deliverables are progressing and delivering to brief.
- Intake briefs and ensure deliverables are understood, resourced against, and prioritized with clear timelines established for accurate delivery.
- Ensuring timelines and resourcing are met.
- Provide guidance to ensure all work delivers against project objectives and deliverables.
- Support client creative reviews facilitating feedback and securing timeline approvals and identifying potential risks.
- Proactively raise questions, present solutions, and rally teams to ensure best-in-class, business-driving creative work is delivered on time.
- Collaborating across verticals as needed to optimize processes.
Is This You?
- BA or BS Degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of relevant creative management experience
- Experience working with internal creative is a plus.
- Experience with QSR/CPG or franchised business is strongly desired.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business operations.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills.
- Superb time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in process management / mapping
- Advanced experience with project management software systems
