Job description

Our client is hiring a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing all projects. You will manage all aspects of project support, processes, expectations, and quality from beginning through delivery. Teamwork and collaboration are essential, along with effective communication. The ideal candidate is task-oriented, solution-driven, and extremely meticulous. Bonus points if you are a great listener and enjoy connecting with people! This is a FT/TTP hybrid position that requires the Creative Project Manager to be in-office 3 days a week at their DTLA location.

Duties:
  • Work with the Vice President, Strategy & Innovation to define project scope, including timeline, resources, project hours, and any internal/external costs
  • Maintain the master timeline for a project and keep all parties informed of their progress against the deadlines working with both motion and static production teams
  • Support internal and external teams with critical and time-sensitive digital asset requests
  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to ensure projects or requests for resources have been addressed during project intake and are assigned appropriately
  • Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines/guidelines and budgets
  • Prepare documents and presentation materials, creates and proofreads correspondence/memos, and edits agendas and meeting documentation
  • Pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, good follow-through, ability to multitask, and work well under tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while following department protocol.
  • Ability to manage several overlapping project schedules at once
  • Self-starter that values collaboration and feedback
  • An expert understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Asana, Workamajig, or other related project management platforms
