Overview:

As the Planner, you would be responsible for developing data-driven, high quality analysis of demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for 12-18-month time horizon for areas of responsibility.

Planner Responsibilities:

· Help analyze the short and long-term trends and review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, develop statistical analysis of market trends, and price elasticity

· Have ownership of the forecast data, report generation and management and be proactive in identifying gaps in monthly and quarterly forecast, especially as it relates to sell through trends

· Demonstrate a collaborative approach while working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in supply and demand assumptions

· Provide crucial insights into the area of business and induct into forecast models, such as market performance and recent sales trends

· Work with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Order management team to track orders to commit and demand supply

· Use and maintain forecast templates as the primary forecasting system tool and test different methodologies as best fit

· Contribute in managing product lifecycles by collaborating with cross-functional teams in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product transitions

Key Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related Business degree

· 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, demand planning (CE experience preferred)

· Significant experience in forecasting and ERP software (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, etc.)

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills

· Strong analytical skills, experience with large data sets and data analysis including financial scenario analysis

· Excellent communication skills, including strong written and presentation skills

· IBF or APICS certification a plus
