Our Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all digital channels including SEM, SEO, EMAIL, AFFILIATE, NATIVE, and DSP. The role is best suited for a data driven leader who is comfortable owning multiple performance-oriented marketing efforts. You'll be expected to function at a highly efficient level through a strong collaboration with our Brand Marketing and other Demand Generation teams. Our omni-channel model requires that you work closely with other channel leads to ensure an integrated response to marketing objectives. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to maintain strong growth in new and existing business areas.
- Own the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEM, SEO, DSP, Email Acquisition, Email Retention, Native ads, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Oversee marketing strategies and budgets to achieve desired KPIs
- Partner with internal teams (Brands, Marketing Analysis) to advance measurement and understanding of ROI and incrementality.
- Analyze and communicate marketing performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Study and understand our brand, marketing objectives and digital goals with a 360 degree omni channel lens, ensuring your recommendations are insightful and consistent.
- Ensure best practice, consistency, and innovation in all digital acquisition activities
- Continually strive for operational/logistic strategy and efficiency
- Identify and recommend tools to refine/streamline workflows and extend capabilities
- Assist in overseeing agency/vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 4+ years of related digital Marketing experience, with an in-depth understanding of direct response marketing
- Experience in developing, planning, launching, and analyzing digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Proven success hitting monthly goals for spend and return; optimizing/improving upon paid media campaigns and managing media spend budgets.
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns using marketing automation tools – creating segmentation based on customer behavior. (Experience with Bloomreach is a plus!)
- Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations.
- Experience managing direct response/branded campaigns
- Experience setting up and analyzing A/B tests and landing pages
- Experience with Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform both high level and more granular analysis.
- Highly interpersonal and collaborative team player
- Well-honed communication/presentation skills
- Strong business acumen. Relates to the overall business result and translates into digital channel activity
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
