Job description

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce and Paid Media Manager for advertising initiatives and oversee our e-commerce strategy. As a pivotal role within our marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This is a temporary position. Comments/Special Instructions Hybrid Schedule in Culver City
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in paid digital advertising, preferably within the beauty or luxury industries.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media advertising tools. 4
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights,
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate compelling campaigns. 
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  •  Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an e-commerce expert and champion for internal partners; oversee path-to-purchase, product listing, conversion rate optimization, and search rank improvement.
  • Retailer Partnerships: Partner with Sales Key Account Managers to accelerate Alterna’s e-retail growth with key retailers such as, but not limited to, ULTA, Amazon, Nordstrom, Cosmoprof, Salon Centric, etc. 3. eTailer
  • Oversee product copy, product imagery, new item setup, reviews campaigns, and promotional support for ecommerce.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy (in collaboration with the Brand's Paid Media Agency): Design, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Allocate, monitor, and optimize advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with campaign and retailer focuses.
  • Performance Analysis (in collaboration with the Brand's Paid Media Agency): Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies for continual improvement.
