Title: Digital Platform Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days per week onsite)
Camden NJ
Rate: 40 -50 per hour

Manages the day-to-day operations for in-store digital marketing programs, expertly handling requests
Supports the strategy, operations, and implementation for new digital retail program launches in a continually changing retail environment.
Maintains a collaborative relationship with digital partners (third-party vendors/agencies) and serves as a main point of contact for existing in-store digital programs. 
Works closely with agencies/vendors to estimate level of effort for projects and ensuring agreed upon projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Develops business requirements, creative briefs, SOWs, and other project-related documentation to provide internal and external partners with clear and accurate direction.
Coordinates with Digital Platform Content Specialists on content implementation to create an intuitive consumer experience consistent with  brand standards and other online/offline platforms. Supports the implementation of new features and content 
Works with digital partners to recommend enhancements to the customer experience (UX), provides feedback on design directions, and works with management for sign-off on the recommended direction. 
Supports merchandising, socialization, and training of new platforms, features, and content with SOA stakeholders, field personnel, and retailers.
Monitors vendor performance and works with In-Store Digital Platform Manager and vendor to improve processes as needed.
Acts as the primary point person to oversee technical troubleshooting of platforms as needed, working closely with vendor technical support and field teams to quickly and successfully remedy retailer issues.
Supports customized digital experiences at enthusiast gatherings, auto-shows, activations, and life-style events.

Able to travel for work when necessary up to 10%
