Job description

Our client is looking for a digital strategist with a strong drive for digital marketing and brand development in Healthcare. The ideal candidate will thrive by building marketing plans, developing omnichannel strategies, digital ecosystems, and by bringing innovation to brands that have a big impact on patient’s lives.

The candidate must also have pharma agency experience and be well versed in consumer and HCP online behavior.

 The Digital Strategist partners with our client’s brand marketers and product managers and with internal account, digital project managers, technology, analytics and creative teams to lead digital marketing programs and proactively identify digital opportunities for the brands we serve.

They will look for patterns through analytics, technology trends, audience insights and brand strategies.

Digital Strategist Responsibilities

Create digital marketing plans and develop tactical plans

Develop client relationships built on trust and confidence

Serve as strategic digital counsel on assigned accounts

 Direct internal strategy teams in employing a variety of research techniques to understand and analyze online data and provide insight about relevant online conversations and voices in those conversations.

Serve as an internal and external expert on social media trends.

Work with leads in Digital Creative, Development and Production to create strong cross-functional teams,

Develop unique POVs that can be delivered to clients based on unique data insights Pro-actively bring new thinking to clients based on market dynamics

Digital Strategist Qualifications

4-6+ years of relevant work experience in digital communications or marketing, including paid, earned and owned digital media within the healthcare space.

Experience in an agency environment or other client-facing business environment.

Holistic background in channel development; experience in the consumer or B2B space is desired.

Track record of working with strong creative teams to produce compelling, objective-driven campaigns.
