Job description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Handle the comprehensive process of paid marketing campaign development, monitoring, enhancement, and evaluation
  • Report on all paid media KPIs weekly (Paid Search, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and make optimizations as needed based on objectives and company priorities
  • Manage Paid Budget forecast and allocations across retailers and across channels in alignment with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for all paid agency partners and manage weekly calls. Manage RFP process if needed for new partners
  • Brief design and content teams on required assets and write required copy
  • Build and maintain the paid testing roadmap to maximize new customer acquisition and support retention efforts, and maximize a balance between awareness and conversion campaigns
  • Improve creative testing methodologies and A/B testing; optimize campaign performance through continuous testing, monitoring, and analysis of key metrics
  • Test and explore new media channels (podcasts, reddit, programmatic, TV, etc.)
  • Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance, generate insights, and identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee and manage global retailer.com paid media strategy and execution, including single branded and multi-branded campaigns, co-op campaigns, Criteo.
  • Maintain relationships with key retailers to understand unique market needs and best practices

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of performance/growth marketing experience.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning skills and ability to deliver strong polished presentations
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving business results
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing collaborative environment
  • Is a self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Is a team player, flexible and able to adapt to changes. Agility is key
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with exceptional attention to detail
