Client Overview:Our client is a well-known skincare brand looking for a Social Media Director to join their team.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy for social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Create, source, and plan timely content that engages current followers while reaching new target customers, including managing partnerships and giveaways
- Build out and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with brand voice and company initiatives
- Support new campaign launches to drive brand awareness
- Define and manage content creation plans to support the brand's channels
- Work hand in hand with creative to develop compelling and engaging brand assets to drive new launches, support core hero products and bring brand storytelling to life·
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools to continue to evolve social strategy
- Produce monthly and quarterly analytics reporting processes, including influencer and social media results and provide insights, recommendations, and track against KPIs
- Lead and develop the social media team
Social Media Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 7+ years of direct, hands-on social media experience, TikTok experience is a must!
- Demonstrated experience in amplifying brand voice, mission, and vision through social media
- Social media obsessed! You possess an understanding of digital and social platforms, emerging social technologies/platforms, and internet trends and culture
- Extreme attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly moving environment
