Job description
Seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager in LA! must live in LA! . Ideal candidate will possess an analytical and data-driven approach towards our ecommerce sites and third-party channels. Plus, s/he must have knowledge of all business aspects relating to ecommerce, a proven track record of sales growth, and experience launching new products into the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the product listing program, including the timely listing of new products across all ecommerce sites & third-party channels.
- Lead successful product launches, including the coordination and/or creation of product images, videos, descriptions, blogs, social media, and press presentations on ecommerce sites & third-party channels.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market, including launch materials, website copy, new feature announcements, and help content.
- Monitor & evaluate digital activity on Google & third-party channels.
- Continually evaluate website design functionality, including interactive features, and site navigation.
- Proactively provide & develop new ways to actively engage with customers/clients.
- Manage all product content, including descriptions, images, blog posts, and newsletters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
- 3-5 years ecommerce management experience required.
- Experience working with third-party channels (i.e., Amazon, Walmart) preferred.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Product development experience preferred.
- Prior Shopify experience a plus.
