Our client is a leading beauty company looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join their team!Responsibilities:
• Assist eCommerce Merchandising Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and timely execution of merchandising strategies.
• Oversee the online product assortment
• Assist in pulling reporting and conduct performance analysis of the website
• Collaborate with digital content design, development and marketing teams
• Create and submit briefs to assist the team in boosting sales and conversion while aligning with marketing initiatives and brand focus.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and deliver findings, to drive strategic initiatives.
• Conduct routine site quality assurance to ensure website functionality and creative accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with a passion for building efficient processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
