Job description
We are in search for a Data Analyst to join our expanding IT team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics and KPI visualization using advanced BI tools including Power BI
- Work with various data platforms to consolidate and unify data from various sources
- Review all available data and recommend changes to websites to improve conversion rates
- Analyze a wide range of customer data to help maximize value from your interactions
- Map customer journeys and interactions to create and track consistent experiences across websites
- Experience in Google Analytics/Tag Manager
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive commercial Advanced/Digital analytics experience within eCommerce
- Proficient in creating and customizing PowerBI reports
- Proficient with Google BigQuery Database or other data warehouse platform
- Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
- Excel/Google docs master – able to build complex data builds for reporting/analysis
