Our client, a Top Entertainment Studio, is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Project Manager to join their team. This will be an 8 month contract and hybrid to Hollywood. 

JOB SUMMARY: The Specialist, eCommerce Commercial Operations supports the team responsible for execution and implementation of digital commercial operations strategies. This includes but is not limited to website and mobile app tactics. This role is responsible for ensuring quality execution and creating efficiencies. Project management is critical in this role to ensure accuracy and meeting business objectives all while adhering to the given timelines. 

PROJECT & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT 
• Maintain an understanding of current digital campaigns and projects status and risks pertaining to given area(s) of scrum team responsibilities.
• Create digital proofs from campaign briefing strategy for given area of responsibilities.
• Review and complete QA on all copy and links for given launches to ensure a flawless execution.
• Support Manager or Senior Specialist in preparing for launch calls, as needed. Ensuring that the proper stakeholders are included, any challenges that arise are addressed and communicated to appropriate teams.
• Monitor digital properties and tools for errors and guest friction points.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
• Develop and manage partnerships with cross divisional stakeholders/partners to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external partners status of jobs and identifying any potential risks.
• Work with partners through any risks to projects that are raised by the team to ensure that teams are aligned on necessary adjustments to the risk in question.

EXPERIENCE DEVELOPMENT & COLLABORATION
• Support Manager or Senior Specialist in participating in integrated team ceremonies.
• Support Manager or Senior Specialist in partnering with eCommerce Experience Enhancement Team Members with recommendations and insights.
• Support Manager or Senior Specialist in representing eCommerce in campaign planning, integration into ICP’s and in partnership with Communications Planning in support of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Represent partner feedback within eCommerce and Digital Program Teams where necessary to improve digital experiences.

EXPERIENCE:
• 1+ years eCommerce marketing experience
• Demonstrated experience and success in eCommerce project management and marketing from concept to completion
• Excellent client service and problem-solving skills, able to identify and anticipate both opportunities and problems and drive them to resolution
• Strong project management, trafficking, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail; proven ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong ability to understand the current status of multiple projects at a given time and follow up as needed.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable to new situations. • Thrive in a structured and systematic approach.
• Extensive computer knowledge and proficiency in business software applications
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to develop cross functional relationships.
• Creative thinking, particularly when it comes to alternative ways of accomplishing goals and objectives and accomplishing Minimal Viable Product
• Inspire and lead others
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to explain technical concepts to marketers and other stakeholders. Proven ability to develop presentations and present concepts and/or business recommendations clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Advanced Excel & PowerPoint experience is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) publishing as well as website analytics tools is preferred.
• Project management or business analysis experience is preferred.
