24 Seven is teaming up with a well-known lifestyle & wellness company based in Arizona to help them find an Email Marketing Coordinator to join their team in this hybrid role. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that comes with excellent benefits. 

Ideal Candidate: will have at least 2 years of experience with email marketing and campaign-building tools and be skilled in SalesForce Marketing Cloud email tools (Content Builder, Content Classic, ExactTarget, Automation Studio and/or Journey Builder), or Marketo, plus HTML, AmpScript or similar as well as Adobe Creative Suite and website analytical tools. 

The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for devising strategic communication plans, overseeing their execution, and providing guidance for various campaigns across all markets. The Specialist will assist in measuring the results of communication assets to drive revenue, key KPIs, and sales initiatives. This includes executing marketing and automated communications, emails, SMS, customer journeys, and app push notifications. 

  • In charge of managing email and SMS communications, as well as delivering comprehensive campaign reports to stakeholders for informed, strategic decision-making.
  • Find opportunities to increase customer engagement from product and business-related campaigns
  • Assists in creating communication plans for product and business-related campaigns in all markets.
  • Scheduling and deploying email, SMS, and push notification assets.
  • Manage email and SMS automated product and customer journeys within different subscriber lists.
  • Creative team does copywriting, designer designs email, this role takes design and puts it into service provider, makes sure it’s ready to send, scheduling and deploying email.
  • Partner with IT to launch transactional messages across all markets.
  • Create and report on A/B testing results, including subject lines, CTA, content, design, and copy.
  • Performs day-to-day email and SMS marketing activities, including campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time, reoccurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution as needed.
  • Work cross-departmentally on lists, approvals, and reporting metrics.
  • Build mobile-friendly email campaigns in drag-and-drop editor.
  • Request marketing communication assets in Workfront
  • This role needs to know communications, email marketing, has to be able to deploy, can’t be too technical
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of professional work experience.   
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience with email marketing and campaign-building tools.
  • Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud email tools, including Content Builder, Content Classic, ExactTarget, Automation Studio and/or Journey Builder, and/or Marketo, and Pardot.
  • Experience with HTML, AmpScript, or similar.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and website analytics tools.
