We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Coordinator. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events to promote the brand and products.
1. Event Planning: Collaborate with the Public Relations team to conceptualize and plan events that align with brand image and objectives. This includes determining event goals, target audience, budget, and overall event strategy.
2. Vendor Management: Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of events. This includes managing contracts, coordinating logistics, and overseeing vendor performance.
3. Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and controlled. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of the event.
4. Event Logistics: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, transportation, catering, audiovisual requirements, and accommodation for attendees. Ensure all details are meticulously planned and executed to create a seamless event experience.
5. Event Promotion: Collaborate with the Public Relations team to develop and implement event promotion strategies. This includes creating event marketing materials, managing invitations, and leveraging various channels to maximize event attendance and media coverage.
6. On-site Event Management: Oversee all on-site event operations, including set-up, registration, guest management, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Ensure events run smoothly and meet the highest standards of excellence.
7. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Analyze event data and provide reports to the Public Relations team to inform future event planning and strategy.
1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
