Client Overview: Our client is a new and innovative skincare brand that is rapidly growingRole Overview: We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and versatile individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO. This position requires a multifaceted approach, as it encompasses responsibilities ranging from managing household affairs and family matters to supporting executive-level tasks within the company.
Responsibilities
Personal Assistance:
- Provide comprehensive assistance to the CEO in managing household affairs
- Act as a point of contact for all personal matters, including correspondence, inquiries, and scheduling commitments.
- Assist with childcare responsibilities, such as coordinating schedules, arranging transportation, and overseeing extracurricular activities.
- Manage travel arrangements for the CEO and their family
- Support the CEO in scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks related to office management
- Coordinate special events, functions, and gatherings on behalf of the CEO
- Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, managing vendors, and addressing any unforeseen issues or concerns that may arise.
- 3-5 years of experience in personal and executive assistance
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
