Job description
Our client, a creative agency with a roster of talent that provides innovative ideas and plans of execution for artists, brands, and entertainers, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. This role will report to the COO and collaborate with the partners in order to fulfill various tasks. This role is remote with occasional in-person tasks and meetings. *MUST be based here in LA!
Responsibilities:
Keep accurate and diligent notes
Enter data into various docs and keep them up to date
Heavy calendar management including scheduling both onsite and remote based meetings
Coordinate between various vendors for photo and video productions
Research prospective clients
Gather information and image assets for presentations
Connect with Creative Directors for client support
Run items and/or paperwork to requested locations
Attend team meetings
Coordinate the creation and completion of marketing assets
Support COO and Partners in all aspects of the company
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of Assistant or PA experience
Prior project management experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous work in a startup environment is a plus
Must have the ability to operate autonomously
Experience in Google suite is a plus
Must be timely and have great attention to detail
Must have a car
