Our client, a luxury jewelry company is looking to bring on an Executive Assistant who will be supporting their Chief Experience Officer & Managing Director to join their team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for creating efficiency in daily workflow, managing multiple calendars, and supporting the brands remarkable client experiences. This role partners with our C-level support team to ensure effective communication and to meet pivoting business needs with a flexible mindset.
Location: Newport Beach – Onsite 5 days a week
About The Role
Coordinates both work and individual schedules to ensure all in-person, virtual meetings, and calls are on track
Coordinate meetings, including preparing and distributing agendas, creating meeting materials, reserving, and preparing meeting spaces, and recording meeting minutes
Creating correspondence and documents with the brands voice in mind
Initiating and staying informed on travel (domestic and international), including air, lodging, transfers, and ground transportation, with traveler preferences and budgets in mind

Highly organized with strong critical thinking skills
What You Will Bring to The Team
Proven experience as an effective Executive Assistant for senior management
Experience with high-touch events, high-end retail or hospitality preferred
Expert with Microsoft Office Suite of products
