Job description

24 Seven is partnering with a well-known lifestyle & wellness company to help them find a Field Development Manager to join their team in this hybrid role. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity that comes with excellent benefits and bonuses. This is a fully remote position, but the ideal candidate will live in Texas, Utah, or Arizona. Candidates outside of these states will not be considered.  

Ideal Candidate: will have 5+ years of Direct Sales and/or MLM business experience and 5+ years of recruitment experience preferably in Party Plan and/or MLM. Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time and have a valid driver's license. Must be comfortable with public speaking and have proven sales experience as a former brand ambassador or field distributor in their background. Should also have experience with digital marketing and social media marketing.

The Field Development Manager drives organizational growth in the Western region through dynamic sponsorship, training, and mentoring. They need MLM recruitment experience, proven success in organizational building, high energy, self-direction, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate opportunity events, training sessions, virtual training, and opportunity presentations, as well as group and individual coaching sessions.
  • Must have an understanding of following key priorities:
    • Sponsor: Engage in grassroots recruitment, which involves reaching out to and converting leads provided by the company, leveraging personal networks, and identifying and overseeing events.
    • New Brand Ambassador Productivity: Developing new Brand Ambassador to sponsor and sell product using the company tools and systems.
    • Leader Development: Identify, develop and mentor Leaders.
  • Collaborate with new Brand Ambassadors in strategic markets to accelerate recruitment endeavors and drive growth.
  • Development of quarterly training plans
  • Specific Measures of Job Performance:
    • Sponsoring - Meet predetermined sponsoring goals 
    • Sales - Meet targeted revenue goals
    • Rank Advancement - Promotion of Brand Ambassador
    • Retention
    • Activation - Ensure activity of new Brand Ambassador in the first 90 days.
  • Seek opportunities for personal and professional development. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required    
  • Direct Sales or MLM industry knowledge 
  • 5+ years of building a Direct sales or MLM business 
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in Party Plan and/or MLM companies, ideally with a background in both field and corporate settings
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
