Pay Range: $20 to $30 per hour 
3 days per week / Part Time 
One Day in Office / Wednesday 


Our client, a tech company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a passion for event management and digital and traditional marketing to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting key field events, conferences, and marketing initiatives within the US Market.

The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting compelling pitch decks and presentations, organizing and supporting events, and creating creative briefs. They will also assist in the production of creative assets, ensuring our marketing efforts are cohesive and impactful.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of marketing plans, field events, conferences, and communication strategies.
  • Monitor and assess goals, objectives, and KPIs to effectively reach our audience through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Assist with gathering and analyzing marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, and web traffic to enhance future marketing strategies.
  • Drafting managing, and maintaining marketing assets including external communication materials.
  • Contribute to marketing activities by showcasing expertise in optimization advertising ,social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
  • Take on additional tasks as required.
  • Be willing to travel up to 10% of the time to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Possess or are pursuing a degree in journalism communications ,marketing or a related field
  • Passionate about technology and its applications in marketing
  • A self-starter comfortable with both independent and collaborative work adaptable to a hybrid schedule
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capable of multi-tasking and time management ,with a knack for prioritizing tasks
  • Highly organized detail-oriented ,and able to maintain this organization in a hybrid work setting
  • Experience in blogging, copywriting, and email marketing
  • Solid understanding of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, YouTube ,Twitter) for page management and content creation
