Fashion company is looking to hire Fulfillment Associates! In this role, you would assist the Operations Department with varying responsibilities including returns, repairs, inventory and quality control (QC). This position plays a key role in supporting company initiatives allowing the company to grow and succeed. Ease of communication, strong attention to detail, inquisitiveness and ability to learn quickly are required. Will be working on company laptop and in warehouse. This person is proactive, a problem solver and very well organized.
Core Responsibilities:
•Manage the cleaning, QC, relabeling, folding and restocking of all incoming or returned product
•Ensure that all items received from vendors are accounted for
•Follow up and check against systems to ensure items are routed to the correct recipient
•Receive return packages from carrier and organize into appropriate bins for returns processing
•Assist with full inventory counts
•Assist with weekly cycle counts
•Quality control for all incoming bulk product
•Organize the labeling of new incoming bulk product
