About the General Manager Role:

24 Seven is growing and we are looking for an ambitious and dedicated General Manager to drive and expand our business and develop a team in Boston, MA. What you’ll do as a General Manager:

  • Drive and expand profitable and successful client partnerships while building an effective team of sales individuals and recruiters to support your branch 

  • Work closely with your team to execute sales and recruitment strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets (freelance and full-time) 

  • Review performance against weekly activity and metrics on a regular basis identifying areas for growth and addressing any risk factors with immediate solutions 

  • Expand your own book of business and continuously lead by example by building profitable and successful relationships with clients in the Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Technology communities 

  • Actively participate in client meetings and monitor the quality of the service clients are receiving from your team 

  • Identify and develop a strategy for your market through the expansion of existing accounts and securing new business 

  • Motivate and develop a culture of excellence and superior customer service for both clients and candidates 

  • Implement and adopt 24 Seven’s corporate initiatives for the region working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Marketing, and Training

  • 5+ year’s sales experience in B2B, professional services, staffing, or a related field 

  • You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and managing a team 

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree
