Job description

Our client, an Entertainment Agency, is looking for a Graphics Producer to join their team! This will be temp to perm and remote until September then will transition to a hybrid schedule. Their office is located in Hollywood.

They are responsible for coordinating and managing necessary teams within a project from conception to delivery while keeping special focus on both job health and client satisfaction with a clear point of view within the entertainment landscape. The Graphics Producer is adaptable to new opportunities with an attitude and natural ability to move things forward. They are the owner of project schedules, budgets and managing creative resources for all things motion graphics. Broad experience working with the creative artists in digital post-production, finishing, editing, graphic design, 3D/2D animation and VFX allows the Graphic Producer to adapt to a wide range of project challenges. They are a champion for company culture while creating and maintaining best practices.

  • Manage assigned animation projects with internal teams, or as a client representative
  • Oversee profitability and efficiency on assigned accounts/projects
  • Lead correspondence with clients according to each phase of the campaign, demonstrating command of the project, striking a balance between the needs of the campaign and the needs of the graphics team
  • Represent the client voice throughout the campaign lifecycle, effectively communicating the campaign visions and ensuring client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner, and deliverables are aligned with brand/campaign guidelines while maintaining profitability
  • Manage, scope and plan a project. Lead the process and ensure that they are delivered at the highest quality on time and on budget
  • Proactively engage with Producers/ Ap’s and CMs outside of the graphics department to assess assigned project needs
  • Update departments heads and job producers regarding schedule changes, deadline conflicts, project reassignments and budget considerations.
  • Establish, articulate and manage project objectives including milestones, deliverables, and success criteria to appropriate teams per project
  • Work closely with graphics coordinator to support overall project goals, deliverables and day to day management of jobs
  • Carefully manage with care high-profile security-sensitive content
  • Collaborate with the Art Director to brief graphic teams and communicate project expectations
  • Organize and participate in pitches and presentations
  • Contribute to creative ideation
  • Stay up to date on all competitive activity and new trends in the market place

  • In-depth graphic design, post-production and animation experiencing in a coordinating/ producing role
