Job Description
- Assist with daily site management on Shopify Plus platform, including product page creation, merchandising, banner and landing page updates,inventory and other day-to-day site tasks.
- Continuously look for site bugs, resolve issues
- Monitor site experience, optimizing products to ensure discoverability and increase conversion rate.
- Use data to share insights on customer journey
- Work with vendors for ongoing A/B testing and evaluation
- Analyze data to inform on roadmaps and customer journey and assist with, a/b testing, competitor analysis, paid media
- Manage Email & SMS publishing in Klaviyo and Attentive, work cross functionally with creatives to execute assets
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a Growth Marketing , Ecommerce or Marketing Analyst
- Experience in E-commerce best practices, best shopping experience, Retention and conversion optimization
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data sets and making strategic recommendations required. Strong quantitative analytical abilities.
- Understanding of what makes a good online shopping experience and optimizes conversion.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, Shopify and Klaviyo
