Our client a growing sustainable apparel brand is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team. You must have hands on, in-platform Paid Social campaign experience and be passionate about mission driven companies.
Responsibilities
Manage performance marketing and work with agencies across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, CTV, and affiliate; communicate the priorities to external agencies and ensure they have the support to execute flawlessly
Work with cross functional teams to ensure creative content and copy is up to date and optimized to be most effective for each channel, reach the target audience, and drive sales goals
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to improve ROAS and help achieve acquisition and retention goals
Provide consistent and actionable performance analysis, reporting, and insights
Remain up-to-date with industry trends, ad formats, and emerging technologies
Develop and manage annual performance marketing budget across multiple paid channels to ensure optimal performance and ROAS
Qualifications
2-4 years of ecommerce/retail/CPG/apparel/beauty experience is required, with experience directly managing/executing paid media (paid social and Meta experience are a MUST HAVE)
Fashion / luxury experience a plus
Direct experience working with Meta advertising is required. Google, Tiktok, and Affiliate experience a plus. Solid understanding of channel mix and best practices of each.
Highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and data driven with a growth-driven mindset
Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and Slides to analyze and communicate marketing performance
