24 Seven, a leading global staffing provider based in New York is looking for an internal Help Desk Technician to support remote staff. This position will report to the Director of I.T**The ideal candidate will need to report to the Melville, NY office once per month**
Position Responsibility:
- Function at multiple capacities, remotely, in a first level technical support role to internal users and users in external office locations
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate workstation problems in a competent and professional manner.
- Support all end users with CRM application requests/issues
- Install, troubleshoot, and prepare computer hardware and software for all employees.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and escalate local and remote office LAN issues.
- Maintain support requests within the corporate ticketing system
Required Skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Acrobat, Antivirus Software
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Ability to quickly diagnose problems and effectively communicate solutions in a user-friendly language.
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills.
- Excellent problem solver
- One year of IT experience in a technical support or break/fix role.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS
- Strong customer service experience and / or skills
- Ability to lift 25-30lbs
Pluses
- Windows 10/11 & Mac OS familiarity / experience
- Familiarity with Zoom
- Office365 Admin
- Positive attitude / Willingness to learn
- Experience working with remote users
- In person or call center technical support
- A+ certification
Salary DOE $45-55K
