We have a fantastic opportunity for an Influencer Talent Manager to come and work for a driven and ambitious brand creation agency, who work with pioneering artists, storytellers, influencers, digital creators, and brands. Their relationship with their talent is full of heart and, at the forefront of their decision making is always what's best for the futures of their talent. As the Influencer Talent Manager you will be providing unique one to one relationships and managing a roster of mainstream and digital Talent.
Your duties will include:
Providing bespoke mentoring and advise Talent on impactful professional decisions to further elevate their careers
Embracing annual revenue targets and KPIs to drive the Talent/Creators to achieve long term success
Building long-lasting industry relationships and brand contacts
Seeking opportunity to network within the Talent and Creator economy, continuously seeking Talent prospects
Possessing in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the influencer and entertainment management industry
Communicating with Media, PR, and Commercial contacts to ensure enquiries are coordinated on behalf of the Talent in a timely manner
Pitching and executing additional Agency services for our clients including content creation, marketing, and brand development
Presenting content strategies for Talent which align with their individual personal brands for optimum success
Drafting Agreements on behalf of Talent and support successful negotiations
Providing support to Junior team members, ensuring all client coordination, reporting and ad hoc tasks are complete in a timely manner
Continuously seeking opportunities to remain up to date with the Talent and Creator economy
Management of the Talent inbox, providing professional support and responses
Requirements:
Previous experience within Influencer/Creator management
Good understanding of the influencer industry, the top players, brands and educates themselves on the development of the Creator Economy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with Talent and industry contacts who may be based in various time zones
Has awareness of leading Talent and Creators
Has a valuable network of brand contacts and industry relationships
Displays persistence, authenticity, and a determined approach to work
Seeks opportunity to take complete ownership of their Talent area
Has incredible communication skills, both written and oral
