Job description
As the Inventory Management Assistant, you will support the day-to-day inventory management across DTC Channels.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist buyers in adjusting ecommerce bulks weekly to reflect current sales demand and inventory needs in Full Circle
- Assist buyers in tracking real-time stocking to replenish broken bulks with demand
- Conduct monthly cancellations based on Buyers' recommendations
- Manual bulk creations for seasonal buys, inline, carry-over, and DTC
- Update inventory manager with new product launches and remove old products to support Buyers‘ and broader teams
- Execute removal of old products off-site
- Retail Stores: Assist Associate Buyer on weekly retail replenishments to fulfill replenishment needs efficiently and promptly
- Provide merchandising support in reviewing direct mail catalog pagination and product accuracy
- Inventory reconciliation and booking audit
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Order management experience is ideal but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
- Bachelor Degree - a must
