We are seeking an exceptional Keynote Presentation Designer to join our client’s team.. As a Keynote Presentation Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful presentations for various internal communications purposes, including training and orientation.

The ideal candidate is not only a talented designer but also a Keynote guru with instructional experience. We are looking for someone who can elevate the design standards and effectively communicate complex information through visual storytelling. In addition to designing trainings, you will also be involved in other internal communication projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing visually appealing and engaging presentations using software.
- Creating compelling visual narratives that effectively convey information.
- Incorporating instructional design principles to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conducting research on industry trends and best practices in presentation design.
- Providing guidance on communication strategies to improve the effectiveness of presentations.

Requirements:
1. Visual Designer - A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, etc.
2. Presentation Experience - Proficiency in using software to create dynamic presentations with animations and interactive elements.
3. Teaching/Orientation Developer - Experience developing training materials or orientation programs that engage learners through effective instruction techniques.
4. Instructional Designer (storytelling) - Ability to incorporate storytelling techniques into presentations to captivate audiences and enhance understanding of complex concepts.
5. Communication Strategist - Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze audience needs and develop communication strategies that effectively convey the intended message.
