Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging and effective learning experiences that empower our employees/students/members to reach their full potential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop innovative and interactive learning experiences using a variety of modalities, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, games, and other digital content.
  • Create learner-centered designs that incorporate best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design, and user experience design.
  • Design and prototype learning materials and experiences using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, or similar software.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure that learning experiences are error-free and meet quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in learning and instructional design, and incorporate them into our learning experiences when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders as needed.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 6+ years experience designing and developing interactive learning experiences, preferably in a public sector setting
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 and similar software.
  • Strong visual design skills and the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive learning materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
