Position Summary

The role will work alongside our Sales Leads, Account Managers, agents, distributors and customers to deliver marketing tools and a robust B2B and B2C marketing and communications program. You'll set the marketing calendar for the continent, provide sell-in toolkits for new launches, have responsibility for catalogs and POS, all the while executing global marketing campaigns. You will be the primary link between Global Marketing, product, brand, and the Sales Teams, working effectively together as ‘one-team’ to maximize opportunities for the region – using brand guidelines.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Create and implement toolkits for new product collections and capsules, working closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure that all materials are aligned with the brand’s vision and values
  • Produce a robust annual marketing calendar to incorporate seasonal product launches, communication channels, regional campaigns and activation plans
  • Coordinate the production of all marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines
  • Developing brand presentations
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that all marketing materials are tailored to align with sales objectives
  • Sharing sales and marketing best practice among our key channels and geographies
  • Manage external agency relationships, including briefing and reporting
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform the development of marketing plans and campaigns, and to optimize future activities
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of all North American campaigns, using insights to optimize future activities and achieve business objectives
  • Be aware of future calendar commercial/marketing moments and opportunities – for example: Olympics, Superbowl, seasonal celebrations etc.
  • Manage and maintain close relationships with brand partners and the marketing teams within our retail partners
  • Work with the President on marketing budget management, ensuring that all activities are delivered within budget and are aligned with the company's financial objectives

Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Proven performance with trade and consumer engagement marketing in North America
  • Prior experience managing all aspects of Trade Show exhibit including booth set-up coordination, product assortment and show marketing
  • Prior experience marketing to Gen Z and the Asian American community in North America
  • Confidence in working autonomously
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects within budget and on time
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience conducting presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, particularly the use of PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and to compile reports to measure KPIs
  • A strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to ensure consistency across all channels
  • A passion for brands and the ability to inspire others to share that passion
  • Ideally has experience with a luxury brand positioning
  • The ability to read and communicate financial projections
