Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our client’s team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid search strategies to drive traffic and revenue for our brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of paid search campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid search strategies to drive traffic and revenue for client’s brands
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for paid search campaigns
- Create and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team
- Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables are met and campaigns are executed effectively
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends, identifying opportunities and threats to inform campaign strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Proficient in keyword research and analysis tools, such as Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on paid search campaigns is a plus
- Experience with retail or fashion brands is a plus
