Our client is looking for a detailed and self-driven Marketing Program Manager with high EQ as well as the ability to command a room. The position is a hybrid one with 2 days/wk onsite.Responsibilities
- Managing programs and campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation across 3 brands.
- Gathering business needs and requirements, guiding the overall positioning and messaging for the brands, and ensuring timely, accurate communication of Marketing’s efforts to your stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining trust and credibility with your colleagues and stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively to execute campaign strategies, taking a variety of projects from ideation through final execution
- Managing change throughout the life of each project; monitoring project status, and ensuring changing resource and project requirements are communicated to all members of the project team
- Becoming the SME across brands' products, services, and competitors
- Following and analyzing market trends to position products and services
- Aligning stakeholders when inputs or process is ambiguous in nature •
- Establishing relevant KPIs at outset of each project to determine ROI of our marketing efforts
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management or professional services experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat Professional
- 3-5 years direct client interaction and management; managing a variety of personalities and viewpoints.
- Proficient in Project Management tools such as Monday.com, Wrike, or Basecamp
- Experience with CRM Platforms like HubSpot
- Skilled at connecting multiple dots to ensure all communication touch points are updated, accurate and consistent across the organization
- Understanding of creative production
- A self-starter who is curious
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
