Marketing Specialist Job DescriptionSummary:
- The position serves as a marketing consultant/partner to internal clients at North Memorial Health to inform and engage internal and/or external targeted audiences and achieve business objectives.
- One-year assignment
- Healthcare client
- Full-time, mostly remote, with some in office time, as necessary.
- Go-getter and enjoys a mix of responsibilities day-to-day.
- 2-3 years of experience within marketing
Ideal Skills:
- 2-3 years’ experience in marketing
- Passion or interest in healthcare
- Strong understanding of social media channels
- Proficient in Office 365, Asana, and other necessary tools
- Knowledge of writing and content creation
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Passion for finding and telling impactful stories
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of digital and traditional marketing plans while communicating organizational objectives, key messages, and proper positioning to achieve business objectives.
- Management of social media channels, including:
- Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels.
- Measure and report on the success of social media content.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, including flyers and collateral, ensuring a consistent brand and voice.
- Lead sponsorship activations, fostering partnerships, and ensuring successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, ensuring exceptional delivery and satisfaction.
- Coordination marketing needs with external partners including designers to printing needs.
- Marketing tasks as assigned by Brand Engagement Program Manager.
