Media Manager
We are currently looking for a Media Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with great communication, project management and numerical skills who will thrive working with a global automobile client. What really makes this account interesting is that we work across every media channel and specialism so the campaigns that you would plan and manage will touch all parts of the agency. The Digital Media Manager constructs the strategic foundation for media plan development and makes sure all tactics are grounded in these guiding strategic principles. You’ll work closely with clients and all internal/external partners, coordinating parties to ensure streamlined communication is achieved and tactical plans are delivered and executed in a timely and accurate manner.

Media Planning/Execution
? Utilize effective data, consumer insights and competitive sources to identify and recommend media mix and strategies that deliver client/campaign objectives for media plans including performance-based marketing
? Demonstrate a strong understanding in and knowledge of digital and emerging media platforms such as audio, connected TV and programmatic advertising.
? Lead end-to-end acquisition campaign strategy, planning, launch, optimization & performance measurement across digital channels, with a focus on hands-on-keyboard execution for paid search, display retargeting, and paid social
? Research, plan, present and supervise the implementation of client media schedules across all paid media
? Explore media alternative and innovative planning- bet and pitch proactive ideas to client portfolio, selling and educating both internal teams and clients
? Manage communication process, frequent analysis of, and presentations on digital/social, local media strategies, sponsorships, allocations, and ad hoc requests
? Update and maintain budgets and media flowcharts reacting to changing business needs which may require plan and budget revisions on a regular basis
? Ensure client deliverables are completed and executed to client expectations
? Effective communications with agency buying personnel to ensure brand needs are met and collaborate with account and production teams on the creative needs
? Liaise with internal teams and other key stakeholders to develop integrated campaigns and plans that align with brand and business goals with a focus on digital media strategy and execution

Client Management & Communications
? Manage the flow of client media-related issues based on changes in direction, goals, and budgets. Be aware of the need to create solutions and resolve problems.
? Implements the process and assists with the management of strategic and tactical executions of all media products for clients of responsibility
? Deliver effective and organized communications in verbal, written forms with client and internal team
? Foster a good working relationship with supervisors, account and client teams to facilitate flawless execution of plans.
? Be accurate and articulate to instill/maintain client confidence
? Deliver POVs/position papers on key client issues and/or client opportunities
? Stay informed of industry trends and best practices with regard to media planning, placement, tracking and reporting
? Establish professional and productive relationships within agency, media team and vendors

Leadership & Project Management
? Manage 1~2 direct reports and responsible for developing the skill and knowledge base of those more junior as well as supervise, advise and counsel groups in all daily activities.
? Implements the ownership and proactiveness of daily tasks in support of the media product.
? Motivate and coach the junior media team members and encourage creativity, positive work ethics and attitude throughout all projects by serving as a role model within the group/team

QUALIFICATIONS
? A four year college degree or equivalent in Field
? 3+ years relevant media experience in client side, ad agency, media agency or programmatic/ad tech company.
? 2+ years experience in managing team members
? Hands-on experience with digital planning, programmatic advertising, social media marketing required.
? Strong analytical skills, mathematical abilities with accuracy and attention to detail required
? Demonstrated presentation and writing skills- ability to think on your feet
? Strong work ethic – highly organized and diligent
? A confident self-starter who is solutions oriented and thrive in fast paced environment
? Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration; but also capable of working independently when needed
? Experience in working with automobile clients is highly desirable
? Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems (DV360, GWI, MRI, Nielsen (NMI), Prisma)
? MS Office: Internet Explorer, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? Bilingual in an Asian language (Chinese, Korean, Hindi, Vietnamese) preferred
