Our client, a major entertainment company is looking for a Media Planner to join their team!
Full time hours
7 month assignment
Remote for now but will eventually go back to the office 2 days a week in Burbank
Must be vaccinated
Rate: $22-$26/hr (DOE)
Media Trafficking Manager
- Oversee flawless execution of media campaigns, coordinating with media agency and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
- Must have an understanding of media tactics to include TV (national and local broadcast and cable, satellite, addressable, FEP), CTV, terrestrial radio, digital audio, OOH, digital display, digital video, programmatic custom content, print, social and influencers
- Strong understanding of media formats and technical specs for AV, static (print and digital), social media and dynamic digital assets
- Liaison between media strategy, media agency of record, internal project management/production teams and creative agency partners to guide the delivery of media assets
- Responsibilities include proofing specs, oversee process of creative requests, hosting kick-off-calls, QC and proofread creative, update grids with delivery links from creative teams/agencies
- Verify delivery with agency and troubleshoot with creative partners as needed Schedule and lead meetings between various internal and external teams.
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail required
- Experience with all media formats and technical specs required
- Sense of urgency for fast-paced entertainment industry
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required; B.A. in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or Equivalent Combination of Work Experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint ·
Preferred:
- Agency or in-house media experience preferred
- TV/Streaming experience preferred
- Kids marketing experience a plus
