Our Lead will synthesize, analyze and drive our Member Growth insights in order to integrate and guide the Consumer Construct teams across all CODE gates (Line Plan, Global Consumer Align, Merch Strategic Align, Global to Geo Pivot, Seasonal Hindsight). We need someone who has a track record of leading and influencing high-caliber teams in complex environments. This individual will formulate data into comprehensive views for high level VP’s and ensure it supports our Consumer plans to utilize the most efficient sources of Member Growth.
To be successful you will need to navigate the Men’s, Women’s, Kids business and have a base understanding of how functional teams operate. You will need to understand how to use 10+ dashboards and bring those metrics together to create compelling stories and presentations for the Member Growth team work back into CODE gates.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Lead, Member Growth Consumer Construct Business Analyst will establish hindsight and insight templates, driven from the 10+ dashboards and work with 2+ other analytics teams. Templates will differ for each CODE gate, depending on timing and partners that they will collaborate with. This critical data and analysis will allow us to accelerate and shape the Membership Promise and serve Member Growth priorities and strategies.
This role is critical to drive an integrated offense across our organization; and provide the tools and resources for the company to help activate and accelerate a Member Led offense. You will provide business and analytical expertise and support on a seasonal basis through CODE, as well as our 3-year strategic outlook. A key responsibility will be identifying problem areas and uncovering future opportunities to achieve our Member Growth Plans!
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will report into the Sr. Director of Member Growth Consumer Construct Activation and will serve as the lead to inform all Member Growth Consumer teammates of the current business.
Loyalty, Member lifecycle, strategic business planning, and consumer product experience is preferred.
