Job Description:
As a Merchandise Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting the merchant team and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry related to product assortments. Reporting directly to the Merchant, your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing for brand meetings by scheduling meetings, preparing reports and agendas, and ordering lunches.
- Conducting weekly and monthly reports including SKU, location, collection, subclass reports. Sending out vendor monthly reports as well as adhoc reports for the merchant team.
- Maintaining consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining assortments SKUs while tracking artwork deadlines.
- Managing comp collection and organization by requesting comps from vendors, organizing them appropriately, and owning them when requested by other departments.
- Handling monthly Vendor Damage and Tester recovery processes as well as managing tester allocation requests. Running tester reports accurately.
- Overseeing Gratis Collection (free products) and Co-op Collection (collaborative collections).
- Managing hotline online efficiently.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should possess:

- 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience with a preference given to candidates with retail/merchandising experience.
- Strong prioritization skills with consistent accuracy in completing tasks on time.
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring quality work output consistently.
- Ability to manage ambiguity effectively while working on projects or processes that may have uncertainties or changing requirements
.- A positive attitude towards teamwork along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
.- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is frequent
.- Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred.
