24 Seven is partnering up with a leading children's apparel and accessories company to help them find a Merchandising Analyst to join their team! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Portland, OR.

Overview:
The Merchandising Analyst will work cross functionally between organizations and organize, report and execute on seasonal assortment plans.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage pre-season style maintenance for on time and accurate seasonal execution
- Organize samples for seasonal reviews
- Update pricing in system and communicate those updates with partners
- Update style changes in system and communicate those updates with partners
- Assist in executing style adds, drops, and cancels to ensure accuracy of assortments
- Manage Tiered Assortment Tool (TAT) for accuracy of manual tagging (critical fields include gender, style name, merch class) to ensure accurate in-season reporting
- Track and communicate deliveries
- Support Merch and DSM teams with in-season and post-season management as teams read and react to business trends
- Review and recap summary of NOA (on order report) to key partners to identify changes and variances to original plans for teams to react to opportunities
- Partner to select ATP styles to chase into for business needs
- Work with Value partners to execute liquidation opportunities
- Act as company's communication liaison for ongoing business updates and decisions that impact operations and planning
- Share information, changes or support needed related to Visual and Site Merchandising, GBI (Global Brand Imaging), stores tiering, allocation and inventory
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising or related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in merchandising, product creation, or retail in a vertical or wholesale environment
- Proficiency in retail and profit-based metrics
- Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Strong competency to navigate complex and detailed systems and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
