Our client is a well known beauty brand that is seeking a new National Sales Manager to join their team!



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to oversee our brand’s sales strategy and execution exclusively at Ulta Beauty stores across the country. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Regional Field Executives to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility within the Ulta retail environment. The National Sales Manager must be an exceptional leader, have a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for the health and beauty industry.




Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and drive market share expansion at Ulta Beauty stores.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

• Oversee territory assignments, ensuring comprehensive coverage and optimal allocation of resources to maximize sales potential.


Field Sales Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Field Executives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.

• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.

• Provide support and guidance to Field Executives, assisting with sales, product knowledge, and customer interactions. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Ulta Beauty, including store managers, beauty advisors, and regional leadership teams.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute joint promotional activities, events, and initiatives.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Set clear sales goals, track team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive individual team success.

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sell-through rates, inventory levels, and promotional effectiveness, to evaluate the success of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.



• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the health and beauty industry.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams, with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
