Our client, an entertainment streamer, is looking for a Producer to support on New Product Features.
Hybrid, Culver City
Pay - $85hr (w2)
12 month contract
To be considered, candidates must have experience:
- Building platforms and launching new features with minimal direction working towards predetermined goals
- A history of leading a team of technical designers, creative and art directors, 3D artists and QA testers through entire creative development lifecycle to launch
- 8+ years experience as a Senior Producer, Executive Producer, and/ or Digital Product Manager in a highly creative-driven design, animation or production studio, brand team, creative agency
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have an interdisciplinary sensibility toward graphic, product, narrative and digital media design along with an outstanding eye for detail and a natural gift for multi-team collaboration. He or she will expand on and build out future content experience.
• Facilitate creative product and content development between design, human interface, engineering and production teams
• Communicate and negotiate expectations, dates, and milestones with internal cross functional teams and stake holders
• Act as the main contact for all project-related communication, building a strong reputation and relationships along the way
• Assist Creative Leads with the proposal of groundbreaking creative
• Dream, plan, build, launch and grow the development of new media, content types, and product features
• Initiate, evaluate, and validate creative proposals and determine feasibility of implementation
• Lead and manage project management process through entire development lifecycle, from conceptual development to launch
• Craft and present creative briefs, timelines, and project plans
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional reviews, deliver detailed notes, communicate results and next steps back to key stakeholders
• Track project progress and maintain awareness of status
• Review contracts, author change orders, and track budget cost
• Improve processes and communications in an ever-changing, dynamic working environment
