Packaging Traffic Manager
Hourly: 50 – 60 per hour
Hybrid Skillman, NJ – there is a shuttle from SoHo when on site
Duration: May through EOY – opportunity to go perm !  
Hard Skills:
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to create and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress (specifically with a focus on packaging, label and/or artwork)
  • Design Knowledge: A basic understanding of design principles and processes to effectively coordinate design projects related to packaging/label/artwork.
  • Resource Allocation: The ability to assess workloads, availability, and skills of design team members to allocate tasks appropriately.
  • Quality Assurance: Knowledge of design quality standards and the ability to review design deliverables for adherence to these standards.
  • Data Analysis: Competency in data analysis tools to generate project reports and make data-driven decisions for process improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software and collaboration tools to facilitate project management and communication.
