Location: Chatsworth, Ca.
Position: Full-time / On-site / Mon-Fri / Hrs. TBD Reporting to: Director of Marketing
Brand: Men's Fitness and Lifestyle Brand that sells Ecomm to Men and Women
*Passion for fitness is a huge plus.

Objective:
As our Paid Ads Manager, you’ll be expected to push our brand to new heights through paid ads campaigns. Your responsibilities will combine strategy with execution to drive customer acquisition. You’ll continually build, test and tweak social and search marketing campaigns to maximize results.

This position will be hands-on and in-house to execute paid search campaigns, display, and social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

You live and breathe paid social, and have deep experience launching campaigns, optimizing creative, and scaling budgets efficiently. As part of the team, you will own our paid social budget with a focus on acquiring new customers while maintaining aggressive CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.

Responsibilities

•    Drive growth across paid social platforms like FB, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
•    Have a deep understanding of analytics - be able to clearly communicate findings, trends, and optimizations.
•    You'll continually build, test, and tweak social and search marketing campaigns to maximize results.
•    Creating performance reports on paid ads campaigns for key metrics like conversions, customer acquisition costs, revenue, and lifetime value of customers brought in from paid channels. 
•   Working alongside our content and design teams to create engaging, on-brand content for ads.
•    Managing all aspects of brands paid marketing channels across paid search, paid social, and more.
•   Participate in internal meetings, share, and collaborate with all team members.
•    Identify expansion and testing opportunities of campaign elements (e.g. creative, bid strategies, audience targeting, placements, etc.)
•   Establish a budget with current and long-term goals and objectives, subject to approval by the
Director of Marketing and Owners.
•   Conduct keyword research, campaign set up, and maintain budgets to meet ROI goals.
•    Monitor daily performance/identify and troubleshoot issues. Develop and test ad copy and creatives while following standards to ensure quality and on-brand content.
•    Work with creative designers and team to produce scalable content that converts for ad creation.
•    Manage all aspects of campaign configuration: launch, ongoing optimization, copywriting, data- based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking.
•    Work with the creative team, content creators, and external partners to conceptualize, develop, and test engaging content specific to each platform across video, image, and copy.
•    Have a pulse on the day-to-day (and hour to hour) performance to ensure we’re effectively optimizing campaigns, budgets, and creative assets.
•    Identify testing opportunities to identify ways to reach incremental audiences, to meet our growth goals, and adjust to industry changes.
•   Manage the entire email and SMS marketing strategy that is in line with business objectives.
•    Manage end-to-end email and SMS campaigns by designing email templates with our designer, craft subject lines, write convincing body copies and call-to-actions to drive conversions, and run A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
•    Create audience segments, track key campaign metrics, and report their impact on sales conversions while ensuring campaigns adhere to industry standards.
•    Maximize contact with existing and new customers to improve customer retention and conversion via email/SMS strategy.
•    Optimize and manage loyalty/rewards program on Yotpo improve customer retention and increase AOV.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements
•    Minimum of 4+ years of (hands-on media buying experience) experience managing paid campaigns, ideally in the clothing e-commerce space.
•   Hands-on media buying experience across major social media platforms but not limited to
Facebook, Google, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and pull-out actionable business insights from paid ads metrics.
•   Foundational knowledge of digital marketing. 
•    The ability to work collaboratively with creative and content specialists in a fast-paced and changing environment.
•   Advanced experience as a Facebook user and knowledge of Facebook’s ad products.
•   Certification in Google AdWords and advanced knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
•   Experience with Shopify, Attentive, Klayviyo, Yotpo, Loox.
•   Experience with analytics tools and reporting of each platform.
•    This person must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, must be wildly creative, and must display “out of the box” thinking.
•    The role requires a thorough understanding of our brand culture, business needs and goals to ensure these are met and any future opportunities for growth are raised.
