*This role is part time (25hrs a week), on site in NYC
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Office and facilitates management
- Project managing a new office floor build out project
- Update and distribute company phone lists, assist with meeting preparation, and schedule conference rooms
- Manage incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and deliveries; maintain office and kitchen supplies; oversee office presentation and maintenance
Office Manager Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Must know google workspace/google docs, sheets etc.
