*This role is part time (25hrs a week), on site in NYC

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Office and facilitates management
  • Project managing a new office floor build out project 
  • Update and distribute company phone lists, assist with meeting preparation, and schedule conference rooms
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and deliveries; maintain office and kitchen supplies; oversee office presentation and maintenance

Office Manager Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Must know google workspace/google docs, sheets etc.
