Our client, a well-known beauty brand is seeking a highly organized full time Personal Assistant to assist the Principal of its company.

The Personal Assistant will work behind the scenes to keep the Principal’s life organized, punctual, and productive. On any given day, the Personal Assistant can act as an administrative assistant, personal shopper, event/travel planner or house manager.

Their primary mission is to make sure everything that needs to happen for the Principal gets done and to anticipate needs. The Personal Assistant must have a keen sense of detail and be pro-active. Professionalism and the highest standard of work will be integral for success in this high-level support role.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
  • Oversee Scheduling and Calendar Appointments
  • Making sure Principal’s daily schedule is extremely organized
  • Make appropriate appointments with other professional colleagues, stylists, celebrities, and family members
  • Send critical appointment reminders to make sure Principal is on-schedule
  • Communicate with Executive Assistant, and others as needed, to coordinate calendars and appointments
Event Planning and Coordination
  • Coordinating logistics for a variety of scenarios such as travel, press appearances, rehearsals, fittings, parties, family vacations, and events
Office Assistance
  • Order supplies, meals and prepare for corporate events
Perform Life Maintenance Tasks
  • Complete everyday household management tasks such as paying bills, shopping, running errands, dealing with vendors, and assisting with events at Principal’s home
  • Assist in packing and unpacking for travel

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent industry and working experience
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Valid Passport
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office 365: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Social Media platforms
  • Multi-skilled individual fluent in English and preferably speaks Spanish – not required but preferable

  • This job is based in Los Angeles (preferably in the Valley) and willing and able to work in person at our corporate office as needed and regularly be in person with the Principal
  • Direct Hire - Full-time 
  • $80-85K annually
