PR Spokesperson, Lifestyle Communications 

PR Spokesperson, Lifestyle Communications Overview:

The position of Spokesperson, Lifestyle & Brand Communications is part of the Public Relations Lifestyle & Experiential Strategy Team, and is primarily responsible for Brand-related communications. This includes the development, execution and oversight of all Lifestyle Communications and media relations, as well as VIP/Influencer programs and new audience initiatives. This position exists to support the company in its efforts to influence the opinions of its external and internal constituencies through media and non-media focused communication activities

PR Spokesperson, Lifestyle Communications Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute communication strategies to support the company in national corporate and business issues, as well as PR/Influencer events.
  • In this capacity, the position works closely with top-tier A-list influencers, high-profile customers, lifestyle media, brand partners, and the client’s partners in the business and entertainment industry.
  • The person will manage the client’s PR-related lifestyle and brand events and opportunities that help cement the client as the most modern, aspirational car brand.
  • This position has a high interaction with our Marketing department’s activities.

 

PR Spokesperson, Lifestyle Communications Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism or Public Relations from an accredited university is required.
  • Proficiency in German is desirable, but not required
  • Minimum of four years of experience as a journalist at a reputable outlet, plus experience in public relations or media relations in a corporate or agency environment. (Preferably in a manufacturing/sales/marketing business.)
  •  Work experience with an automotive manufacturer, ideally in the premium / luxury segment
  • Work experience planning and implementing media drive programs
  • Technical expertise and demonstrated ability to explain complex technology in simple terms.
  •  Must be able to develop a compelling narrative.
  •  Maintains strong network of key mainstream, lifestyle and luxury outlet
