Our client, a beauty brand, is looking for a Project Manager, to support on Production. Candidates should have at least 4 years experience in production for CPG or Beauty brand .This role is on site in Los Angeles 5 days a week, West LA

The production Project Manager is responsible for production projects are on track, and working cross functionally with PD, quality, supply to make sure the team is on budget and stays on time with new product launches.Ideal candidates have global experience.
Responsibilities:
- Production management – represent product development and quality control stages on orders and tacking all launches through - ideation, design, testing, production, shipping and launch.
- Supplier management – work with contract manufacturers to ensure on-time, on-quality performance, identify and create network of suppliers to support innovation and production continuity.
- Drive improvements in sourcing, costs, lead times, production
- Create, track and enforce timelines
- Manage cross-functional communication with internal teams and vendors for collaborative development through production.
- Manage batch and pre-production approvals, upholding quality assurance and championing brand standards.
- Create Bills of Materials
Relevant skills & attributes:
- Minimum 5 years previous experience working in production for CPG or Beauty.
- Experience leading and managing teams is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
